Kim Ritchie

Client & Project Coordinator

Hi, I’m Kim Ritchie, I will be your first point of contact. I’m here to get you set up with a good match on our team and talk first appointment details.

You can start by scheduling a free phone consultation with me. I’m here to help!

When you call in to schedule a therapy appointment, it can be overwhelming. A little scary. Maybe you feel a frog in your throat or tears start to form in the corner of your eyes.

If that sounds familiar, we welcome you to take a deep breath!

Kim is our Client & Project Coordinator. Which means she, amongst many other duties, is the first point-of-contact for all people at the practice. She makes sure to be someone who is calm & helpful, upbeat & caring, when you’re making contact with us.

She aims to make sure everyone calling in to start therapy services or ask questions about the practice, feels like they can open up to her and feel confident it’s a safe space to start to unburden themselves. Like all of our therapists, she is another person on the team who has the best interest of the clients…always.

Kim is often the core of the practice. She has a deep desire to help and understand people.  One of her biggest strengths is empathizing + sympathizing with others. She thrives as a communicator, which is great because it’s also something she loves to do!

In school, her favorite subject was always psychology; she loved learning about the human mind and people’s behaviors. She works hard to pair callers with the best-fit therapists at the practice. She believes deeply in the work we do at Marble Wellness, where people can be one step closer to healing their minds and to be well again.

Want to know a little more about Kim?

She is happily married with two children and a dog who is her shadow. “They are my everything,” she says. She is a St. Louis native who has a degree from Missouri State University in Public Relations/Communications. She loves all sports, nature, anything DIY and watching her kids do the things they love. Her favorite vacation places are Table Rock Lake or the beaches of 30a in Florida.
