Administrative Assistant

Our growing practice is in need of a part-time Administrative Assistant who can bring a unique skillset to our team and who is interested in making a long-term commitment and impact to the community. Position has potential to grow over time. Expected to start at approximately 5-10 hours per week. This is a mostly virtual/work-from-home position, with some availability needed for office supply runs, staff meetings, etc. 

Daily Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Act as primary point of contact for new client inquiries, via phone and email

  • Complete phone screens and schedule new and existing clients

  • Contact insurance companies about out-of-network benefits, as needed

  • Create social media posts and maintain social media presence

  • Manage basic website edits and redesign on as-needed basis

  • Order supplies for office

  • Coordinate and participate in networking opportunities in the community

  • Marketing tasks, such as email newsletter, as needed and as assigned

  • Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate has the following traits and experience:

  • Confidence answering phones and responding to emails

  • Compassionate and assertive communication skills

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated attitude and ability to perform responsibilities of position with little supervision

  • Strong computer and technology skills

  • Must be willing to work collaboratively with other office staff and providers
