Let's say it out loud together: being a mom is hard. That's not to say there aren't moments of it you love; aspects of it that aren't rewarding; or that you don't love those children of yours.
But it IS to say that moms deserve and need extra support, tailored specifically to their emotional and mental well-being.
That's where I come in. Whether you're battling post-partum depression, floundering in maintaining your identity as an individual while also being mom and wife, feeling anxious about your marriage now that parenthood has been introduced, or any other challenges, I am here for YOU!
