Nurture Your Emotional Health
Moms of Teens
Research shows that moms who feel connected to a social group and who can share parenting wins and stressors have better relationships with their teenage children.
Yet, there's often overwhelming feelings of isolation during those teen years. There are SO many practices. SO much homework. Your own aging parents. Household responsibilities. And other children. There's precious little time for socialization.
Or maybe there's embarrassment. "I can't share what I am going through. Everyone else's kids seem to be doing okay." So that sense of "aloneness" continues.
Join other moms of teens for a 6-week counseling process where you can
-gain a sense of camaraderie during this parenting stage
-increase your confidence in your parenting skills
-learn tools for bettering your relationship with your teen
-build anxiety-management strategies when your thoughts start to run away from you
